Fitness tips for office people. 

As we know everyone is not able to make out time for his fitness especially if he works from morning to evening. But some tips of mine might help you gain a good physique and mental strength.It’s not only that you need to workout for 2-3 hours everyday to maintain your physique.Smart training will help you do so.You can follow the tips in the morning or in the evening.

 
STEPS TO FOLLOW. 

1.WAKE UP EARLY BETWEEN 5-6.
2.MAINTAIN PROPER BREAKFAST.DONOT SKIP.
3.TAKE ADEQUATE AND HEALTHY LUNCH.
4.WORKOUT PROPERLY EVEN IF YOU HAVE 30 MINUTES ONLY.
5.SLEEP EARLY WITH PROPER DINNER.

MORNING SESSION IS MORE HELPFUL.

If you wake up early,you are already one step ahead of others as you have ample of time to workout and feel the fresh air in the morning.Be it your terrace or a ground where you can jog and boost yourself up. Followed by yoga and some exercises.Inhale and exhale very often.Sprint 5-6 times on an average.Play some games.


ADEQUATE BREAKFAST

Breakfast should be adequate yet healthy. Eat sandwich or bread with peanut butter along with orange juice or any juice that is healthy.Drink sifficient water and even energy drinks would be helpful to maintain your stamina throughout the day. 


CALORIE MAINTAINANCE.

Maintain the calories burnt by intaking calorie rich food. Calorie helps you to increase your stamina and maintain your ability to work whole day.Calorie maintaining is a very important part of our daily life.

SOME CALORIE RICH FOOD.

1.Baked beans
2.Butter
3.Cheese
4.Egg
5.Banana
and many more. 

QUIT HABITS OF SMOKING AND DRINKING FREQUENTLY.

If you possess any addiction of smoking or drinking you must limit yourself from the consumption of these. Motivate yourself regarding the consumption of these things. Limit yourself first. Smoking leads to many problem and same in the case of drinking which is injurious to health. Take medicines that would help you quit or limit the intake of these things.You would be able to get many such medicines on the internet too.

GYM SESSION IS VERY IMPORTANT

It is very important to have some mobility training or some quality training. Working out at the gym and having your protein on time is very much important to maintain a good physique. Lifting+Mobility makes it easy to maintain your body. Stretching your muscles properly and having a good trainer alongside is a perfect combination.For the ones who donot have much time should have lifting session on one day and mobility on the other and should do it on alternative days. With proper protein and energy drink one is able to attain a good body posture.



KEEP IT SIMPLE BUT REGULAR. 

Be regular regarding your health and fitness because it is very important for every teenager and for every age group. You must motivate yourself to work hard and to maintain a fit body. It is you who has the capability to help yourself maintain a good physique.Try being punctual and disciplined regarding your work and have good amout of food rich in calories and less carbohydrates and fat.
