FITNESS, a key to success.Everyone nowadays looks up to fitness as the first priority towards success.It is said that “Working for long should be overcomed by Working Smart“.Working for 5-6 hours in the gym sometimes does not prove worthy enough and thus a person gives up on maintaining a fit body thereafter.I would help you in every possible way with simple yet effective five steps that will help you maintain a good physique and mental fitness.

 

STEPS HIGHLIGHTED:

1 SESSIONS IN THE MORNING.
2.PROPER DIET PLAN.
3.MENTAL FITNESS.
4.OUTDOOR SESSIONS.
5.SMART TRAINING.

1.SESSIONS IN THE MORNING.

To  give a kick off start to your day,you are satisfied after a good session in the morning.Why not wake up early and go for jogging beside a pond or a garden with perfect greenery.The air is fresh in the morning only and the chirping of birds makes it more soothing to train in the morning.Start your training with a 15 minutes of jogging and then giving youself inner peace.Spriting for 5-7 times boosts your body up followed by dynamic stretching.This energises your body and meditation energises your soul for the rest of the day.

SOME GOOD EXERCISES:

1.DYNAMIC STRETCHING.
2.SPRINT AND INHALE FRESH AIR.
3.MEDITATE.
4.CYCLING.
5.SKIPPING.

2.PROPER DIET PLAN.

For proper fitness,you need proper diet plan or a diet chart depending upon the areas you need to work more .For a flat belly,one should intake less carbohydrates and should focus more on burning calories with some cardio exercises.The food that he should consume must be soup,vegetables and less amount of food that contains more percentage of fats and carbohydrates.Nowadays,people tend to walk very less,with the advancement of technology,the only thing to do while losing weight is either cardio session or proper diet.
A proper diet plan should involve food that is good for health and also reduces fat.The intensity to reduce fat should be very high.One should never demotivate themself on account of reducing weight.If someone takes 5 months that doesnot mean everyone has the capacity of reducing weight with the same time.
MY DIET SUGGESTION:
1.DON’T SKIP BREAKFATS,IT BOOSTS DOPAMINE.
2.DRINK COFFEE EVERYDAY.
3.DRINK ORANGE JUICE REFULARLY TO KEEP YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE MODERATE.
4.AVOID SANDWICHES.
5.FILE UP ON FIBRE.
6.EAT APPLE WHEN HUNGRY.

3.MENTAL FITNESS.

For every age group,you need to be mentally fit to acquire a fit body.A fit mind always help you think from a very different and next level perspective.Mental fitness includes MEDITATION AND YOGAS.To feel free minded you must trust the process.Your mind will attract positive vibes first and that is all that is needed.The mind that attracts positiveness will always help you believe that nothing is hard to do or to overcome.
MEDITATION:
1.IHALE AND EXHALE PROCESS.
2.CONCENTRATE ON A SINGLE DOT.
3.EYES CLOSED AND A BLANK MIND.
YOGA:
DIFFERENT ASANS THAT CAN REALLY PROVE WORTHY AND HELPFUL.
AS PER MY SUGGESTION,I ALWAYS PREFER MEDITATION OVER ANYTHING BECAUSE A STRONG MIND CAN DO WONDERS FOR THE PERSON.MEDITATION IS GIVING YOURSELF SOME TIME AND LEAVING THE WORLDLY AFFAIRS FOR SOMETIME EVERYDAY.
PROCESSES EXPLAINED:
1. INHALE AND EXHALE: CLOSE YOU EYES AND PUT YOUR THUMB ON ONE NOSE AND CLOSE THE PASSAGE OF THE NOSE AND BREATHE IN THROUGH THE SECOND NOSE.HOLD ON FOR FIVE SECONDS AND THEN EXHALE FROM THE OTHER NOSE THAT WAS CLOSED.REPEAT THE PROCESS 5-7 TIMES.

2. CONCENTRATE ON A SINGLE DOT: PUT A DOT WITH A PEN ON THE WALL AND KEEP ON LOOKING AT IT UNTIL YOU BECOME BLURRY.THIS WILL HELP YOU STAY FOCUSED AT ANY SITUATION WHERE YOU ARE UNABLE TO FIND ANY SOLUTION.

3. EYES CLOSED AND A BLANK MIND: THE POWER OF MEDITATION HAS PROVED HELPFUL FOR MANY SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE.A BLANK MIND WITH NO THOUGHT IS A MIND FILLED WITH INNER PEACE AND WONDERFUL ENERGY.

 

4. OUTDOOR SESSIONS:

Now comes the session that is the motive of everything done to maintain a fit body that is the outdoor session where people join themselves with nature to maintain their fitness ad health.Outdoor sessions basically comply of cardio sessions and some sort of evercises in the garden.Jogging,Sprits and Dynamic stretching are the best according to me for a fit body.

OUTDOOR SESSIONS MUST INCLUDE:
1.RUNNING.
2.PROPER STRETCHING.
3.SOME DYNAMIC STRETCHING.
4.PROPER MUSCLE RELEASE.
5.GOOD AMOUNT OF  WATER OR ENERGY DRINK.
“CHIA SEEDS” is my first preference after a heavy session of cardio and outdoor because 100 gm of chia seeds contains:
fibre:34.4g
protein:16.5g
calories:486
fat:30.7g

Chia seeds.

5.SMART TRAINING:

For many,training SMART is more necessary rather than training LONG.If you train wrong and continue it for long hours,you are actually harming your body.So training smart is the best way to train.Spending 4 hours in the gym sometimes doesnot prove worthy but spending 2 hours and doing accurate exercises sometimes prove to be worth it.It is up to the believe of a person whether he prefers training long or smart.But for those who are at jobs donot have much time for the gym so training in a smarter way is the best to be done by them.
